Registration
Registration
A person must be registered with the College in order to practice physical therapy and use the title “Physiotherapist” in Manitoba. This includes working as a physiotherapist; participating in a physiotherapy clinical placement; or taking or teaching a course involving physiotherapy treatment of the public and course participants. Returning To Work From A Leave

Application Form (for Active Practice)
Confirmation of Employment and Start Date
Confirmation of Professional Liability Insurance
Confirmation of Practice Hours – CPM requires that all Active physiotherapists have completed 1200 practice hours within the last 5 consecutive years. The College requires documentation from your previous employer(s) confirming your hours broken down per year.
