On June 11, 2018, the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted a permanent injunction that prevents Evidence in Motion (Evidence in Motion LLC) (“EIM”), Accelerated Motion Physiotherapy (AMP) (Bradley Jawl, Accelerated Motion Physiotherapy, Tall Tree Integrated Health Centre Ltd.) and Key Clinical Skills (Jack Miller, Key Clinic Skills Inc.) from:
- providing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and post professional Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree, or component courses of either degree program, in British Columbia; and
- advertising, in written or oral form, the Doctorate of Physical Therapy and post professional Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in British Columbia.
