Registration
A person must be registered with the College in order to practice physical therapy and use the title “Physiotherapist” in Manitoba. This includes working as a physiotherapist; participating in a physiotherapy clinical placement; or taking or teaching a course involving physiotherapy treatment of the public and course participants. Complaints

The College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba (CPM) expects physiotherapists to practice safely, ethically, competently and follow the rules set by the CPM. If you are concerned about your physiotherapy treatment or your physiotherapist, you may want to discuss this with your physiotherapist or their supervisor. If you are not comfortable doing so, or have communicated your concern and are unsatisfied with the response, you have the right to file a formal complaint.
