Registration
Registration
A person must be registered with the College in order to practice physical therapy and use the title “Physiotherapist” in Manitoba. This includes working as a physiotherapist; participating in a physiotherapy clinical placement; or taking or teaching a course involving physiotherapy treatment of the public and course participants. A person may be registered as Active, In-active, Exam Candidate, Temporary or Student. Scroll down to view common registration situations.

Film Screening of “Falling Through the Cracks: Greg’s Story”

Film Screening: 12pm – 1pm / Forum: 1pm – 3pm

Join us for this short film about Greg Price’s journey through the healthcare system, which gives a glimpse of who Greg was and focuses on the events that ended in his unexpected and tragic death.

Following the film will be a question & answer period with the Price family, as well as a patient safety forum with group discussion and shared learning. The film and forum are registered events, open to everyone. Registration will open in September. Other than the in-person film screening registration, all registrations will be closed at midnight October 29, 2019. For further information please email admin@mips.ca.
